What we collect

When you call or text (651) 419-1345, or submit the inspection request form on this site, we collect what you give us: your name, phone number, ZIP code or city, a description of the problem, any photos you send, how soon you'd like an inspection, and any notes. Calls may be recorded and transcribed. We also record the page you were on and how you found the site (for example, a search engine) so we can tell which pages are useful.

How we use it

We use this information to respond to your request: to call or text you back, to schedule an inspection, and to pass your request to the foundation repair contractor who will perform the inspection and any work. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone other than that contractor and the service providers that run our phone line, email and website.

Text messages

If you text us or agree to be contacted by text, we may send you text messages about your request: confirmations, callback scheduling and follow-ups. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help. Your phone number and consent to receive texts are never shared with third parties for their own marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep request records, call recordings and messages for as long as needed to handle your request and for our own records, then delete them. Ask us at any time to delete your information and we will.
